Refund & Replacement  Policy

1. Physical Books (Printed Copies):

All sales of printed books, including standard, signed, special, and limited editions, are final, except in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will, at our discretion:

    • Ship a replacement copy, or

    • Refund the original purchase price to your original payment method.

  • Returns or refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or order errors.

  • Signed, special, and limited editions may have natural variations (e.g., signature placement, cover design, or bonus content). These are not considered defects.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks):

All digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Pre-Orders and Cancellations:

  • Preorders, physical books, and digital products cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-orders will ship or be fulfilled on or after the release date communicated via email or promotional announcements.

4. Refund Process:

If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact support@piercerockwellnovels.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of damaged or incorrect items.

  2. Once your claim is approved, we will either:

    • Ship a replacement copy, or

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
