Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Physical Books (Printed Copies):
All sales of printed books, including standard, signed, special, and limited editions, are final, except in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will, at our discretion:

Ship a replacement copy, or
-
Refund the original purchase price to your original payment method.

Returns or refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or order errors.

Signed, special, and limited editions may have natural variations (e.g., signature placement, cover design, or bonus content). These are not considered defects.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks):
All digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Pre-Orders and Cancellations:

Preorders, physical books, and digital products cannot be canceled.

Pre-orders will ship or be fulfilled on or after the release date communicated via email or promotional announcements.
4. Refund Process:
If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund:

Contact support@piercerockwellnovels.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of damaged or incorrect items.

Once your claim is approved, we will either:

Ship a replacement copy, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
