Eligibility:
By using this website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Orders, Preorders, and Payments:
All orders, including preorders, are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product has not yet been released and will be shipped or delivered on or after the stated release date.
Release dates for preordered items are estimates and may change due to production, distribution, or circumstances beyond our control. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment details.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or preorder at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.
Signed Copies, Special Editions, and Limited Editions:
Signed copies, special editions, and limited-edition products are offered in limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
Signed copies may include variations in signature placement, appearance, or personalization. These natural variations do not constitute defects or grounds for return or exchange.
Special and limited-edition items may contain exclusive features such as alternate covers, bonus content, or unique formatting. Features are subject to change prior to release. Once sold out, these editions will not be restocked unless explicitly stated.
All purchases of signed copies, special editions, and limited editions are final, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping:
Shipping times may vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. At this time, we ship only within the United States of America.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund Policy.
Payments for preorders are non-refundable once placed, except where required by law or if we cancel the preorder.
Digital products, including eBooks, are non-refundable once purchased.

All content on this website, including books, text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of S. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of this website will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
