Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within several business days after payment is received. Pre-orders will ship on or after the specified release date, which will be communicated via email and promotional materials.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders for backordered, out-of-stock, or pre-sale items may require additional processing time due to production schedules. An estimated arrival date will be provided; however, final restock and shipping timelines are determined by the publisher.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. In the future, international delivery may be available, and buyers will be responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees incurred.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pierce Rockwell Novels is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. We typically use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.

Tracking and Notifications:

Tracking numbers will be provided when available. You must provide a valid email address at checkout to receive updates regarding your order.
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam or junk mail folders before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist with replacements or corrections promptly.
