Shipping Policy

*Orders are typically processed within several business days after payment is received, unless it is a Pre-Order, which will be released at a later date, to be specified in communications from Pierce Rockwell Novels via advertising and email.

*Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

​

*Orders placed for backordered, out-of-stock, or pre-sale items will have a longer processing time due to the nature of the item's production time. An expected arrival date will be announced; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, the publishing house will have final say on when the items are restocked, ready to process, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping:

*Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

*International shipping is currently unavailable. In the future, delivery times may vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipment.

*Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the package has been handed over to the shipping service. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services.

*Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

*Tracking numbers will be provided when available for all items shipped. You must provide an email address to receive updates, tracking information, and other information regarding your purchase. If you have not received an email with updates attached, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
